The Gucci fashion label has been known for perfection in details and a sophisticated trendy style adopted in every collection, every season for every woman. The Italian sexiness and charming feeling presented astonishingly with flawless looks on the runway has captured attention around the world and took the brand to another level.

If in the last season’s collection, for Fall/Winter 2010/2011, Frida Giannini gave it all by going into a business chic area, this season for the Spring/Summer 2011 the collection comes straight in the top with the blocking colors that mingle with a fabulous style and controversial outfits that have a impressive overall look and a splash of vintage wrapped into modern shapes.

If at the beginning it all starts with breath-taking shocking colors and mixes of them, from orange to purple, green, turquoise or blue, during the fashion show the styles get more diverse and so are the colors. We see a few enchanting looks in light romantic colors that reinvent the Gucci signature trend mark. Later on, the immortal black seems to take over the collection by coming perfectly in sexy shapes combined with gold’s mystery and fringes’ imperial look.

The main trends that Frida Giannini focuses on, in the Spring/Summer 2011 collection by Gucci are draping style, oversized colorful vintage pants, structural shapes, gold invasion, monochromatic looks, complex outfit details, fluid fringes and dramatic all-black outfits.
