Sexiness, elegance and powerful appearances are just a few ways to describe how is Burberry's effect on fashion world, where everything is about working a design out and put it in evidence. Since Christopher Bailey started being the head designer at Burberry Prorsum, things just got better and better. By making his own mark over fashion world but still keeping Burberry's, the mix between this label and this fashion designer was the best combination ever.

Whether we're talking about menswear or women's fashion, at Burberry the influences and inspirations come from the same place and season after season, the collections maintain a common point together, where their trend mark, the outerwear, jacket and trench coats, get reinvented followed by the latest fashion trends.

In Burberry Prorsum's Spring 2011 Collection, Christopher Bailey uses rock'n'roll influences along with an urban-grunge appeal and edgy overall looks that give a flashback in the past but at a total different level because we can clearly see the styling more modern and refreshed.

The main trends that this collection is based on are: leather, military, gladiator and see-through which are put in evidence through a neutral chromatic theme that goes from elegant black to khaki, dark blue or light brown.

Christopher's main attention in details, in Burberry's Collection comes mostly on leather, which seems to come less hardcore and more stylish. With lots of different details, from studs to zippers, the leather items used from pants to jackets or vests, bring a chic allure to this collection next to a splash of masculinity into this modern yet retro based on collection.

The military trend still keeps an important place in Burberry, which this time comes more minimalist, but the look gets spiced up through leather pants or gladiator sandals and even see-through shirts.
